Safe, well-documented work is the baseline on every Echo Construction Group package. Our systems align with head contractor requirements from pre-start through to handover.

Work Health & Safety

Every package is planned with task-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and risk assessments. All personnel are site-inducted, hold current White Cards and the licences their work requires, and follow the head contractor's site safety plan. Pre-start checks, toolbox talks and incident reporting are part of how we work, not an add-on.

Quality Assurance

We build to the drawings, specifications and relevant Australian Standards. Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), hold points and photo records are used on every package, defects are closed out promptly, and handover documentation is ready when the package is complete.

Systems & Documentation

Our WHS and quality documentation is available to head contractors on request as part of prequalification.

Environmental

Sites are kept clean and orderly, waste is managed and removed, and we work to the head contractor's environmental management plan.

Our Commitment

Safety and quality are everyone's responsibility on our sites. If something isn't right, we stop, fix it and document it.
