Every submission includes a clear scope, assumptions, exclusions and a schedule of rates, so it can be levelled quickly and compared like for like.

01 Tender & Scope
We review the documents, confirm the scope and raise any clarifications before we price.
02 Pre-start
We confirm the program, site rules and hold points with your site team, and submit SWMS and compliance documents before we start.
03 Mobilise
Inducted trades, materials and paperwork are ready for a day-one start.
04 Deliver
Works are supervised against ITPs and hold points, with photo records and variations raised early and in writing.
05 Handover & Defects
Works are self-inspected, defects are closed out promptly and handover documentation is supplied with the package.
