Full-Scope Construction

We build from your architect's, engineer's or project manager's approved documentation, or work with you from the brief. Either way, Echo steps in as your licensed contractor and owns the build.

What we deliver

Early works: site establishment, demolition and strip-out, carried out to QBCC standards and site conditions
Structure: concrete, blockwork, structural steel and timber framing, including openings, penetrations and load-bearing alterations
Envelope: roofing, cladding, fascias, soffits, glazing and weatherproofing
Internal works: partitions, ceilings, linings, bulkheads, acoustic and fire-rated systems
Finishes and joinery: flooring, doors, hardware, joinery and fit-off
Services coordination: electrical, data, plumbing, HVAC and fire services
